Cherish chose the Royal Arcade, a Victorian indoor shopping arcade at Boscombe in the heart of Bournemouth, as their location for their first shop many reasons, but the most important one was the traditional values the arcade offered. We decided to put the customer satisfaction back into high street shopping with the touches that are lacking from many "chain" shops. Sherry, the owner of Cherish loves to add value to a purchase by wrapping the items purchased by hand and offering a gift wrap service while you wait. Also, she assists customers who are unsure of what to buy the person they are shopping for, usually men who are baffled by what a girl wants.
Her decision to bring back the special feel you use to get when purchasing a luxurious gift or personal item has proved an overwhelming success amongst customers who always leave with a smile and the promise that they will be back.
